Privacy Policy

Privacy is important to the Ismaël Foundation. On this page you can read how we handle (personal) data and what your rights are.

A cookie is a small text file in which a website can store information. For example, whether you are logged in. No cookies are placed on this website.

You can contact us, give a donation or register for an event via various forms on this website. We use the anti-spam service to check that your submission does not contain spam. The contact form data is sent to us by e-mail via a secure connection. Your data is stored in an email archive, so that we can easily retrieve the information in case of follow-up questions.

Collecting visitor statistics

We use Google Analytics to keep track of how often pages on our website are visited. We have concluded a processing agreement with Google. This contains agreements about what they are allowed to keep. We do not allow Google to use this data for other Google services. By default, we anonymize the IP addresses, so that the statistics cannot be traced back to a unique person.

Sending data to other companies or institutions

Your personal data will not be provided to other companies, unless we are legally obliged to do so. For example, if the police require this if a crime is suspected. Our website does not include social media buttons that can track your surfing behavior.

Security of personal data is important to us. To protect your privacy, we have taken the following measures:

  • Access to personal data is protected with a username and password and only authorized employees have access to personal data
  • This website uses a secure connection (SSL) that protects all information between you and our website when you enter (personal) data

Requesting and changing your data

If you have any questions or would like to know what personal data we have about you, you can always contact us. You can also request the precise personal data we have about you or have errors corrected.
